Jerk marinade made with fresh scotch bonnets and lemon thyme from Elle’s garden. Marinade resembles classic Caribbean jerk flavors with a hint of smoke and sweetened with fresh mango.
8 ounces of marinade provided. Shelf life: Up to 3 months refrigerated.
How to Use:
1/2 cup of marinade per pound of poultry, seafood, or red meats.
Jerk BBQ Sauce:
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Vinegar (apple cider with Mother)
- 2 tbsp of Jerk Marinade
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire or Liquid Smoke
